Suggested Use

Mix 400g with 1000ml of water or milk and four eggs. Mix until well-blended. Cook until golden brown on both sides in an oiled pan.

Mooi dat het een eiwitrijk product is, maar het smaakt oprecht naar karton. Je zult er bakken suiker overheen moeten gooien maar dat verslaat het doel van dit product.

Disgusting. Maybe the flavoured versions are better but the unflavoured pancakes are just disgusting. To be able to eat them you will have to smother them in sugary syrup or chocolate spread otherwise they taste vile!

Deze pannenkoekenmix van Body & Fit is echt heerlijk. Ik proef nauwelijks verschil met een 'normale' variant. Trouwens ook goed te combineren met Smart/ of WheyProtein (gemixt met een beetje water) als 'saus' over de pannenkoeken (en wat diepvriesfruit of gewoon vers fruit).
