I have a question about my payment – Bank Transfer

(We use Buckaroo, you can not transfer the payment directly to Body & Fit)

How long does a payment via the option 'Bank transfer' take?

When you opt to pay via ‘Bank transfer’ it can take 2-3 working days before the payment is received.
Please note, no transfers occur on weekends. These payments are processed on Monday and Tuesday.
Wondering whether your transfer has been completed successfully? Please send us proof of payment, including the following information:
•    Account number that the amount has been debited from
•    Name of account holder
•    Date of debit
•    Amount
 

I forgot to put the order number during my transfer, what should I do now?

Well done for spotting this! When the order number isn’t included with the payment we can’t link the payment to your order. To resolve this, please send proof of payment to [email protected] including the following details:
•    Account number that the amount has been debited from
•    Name of account holder
•    Date of debit
•    Amount

Which account number should I use to transfer the payment to?

Paying for your purchases is easy via bank transfer. When you opt for this payment method you’ll automatically receive an e-mail with all the necessary payment details from Buckaroo.
 

I have paid via bank transfer but my invoice is not in my account yet.

Once we have received the payment via Buckaroo, you’ll receive a message from us including your invoice. Your order can then be found in your account.

I have a question about my payment – PayPal

A deferred bank payment is not implemented immediately but takes 6 to 10 working days to be completed. The recipient sees that the payment has been initiated, but only receives the money after complete processing.
The payment consists of two payment orders:
1. Your bank transfers the desired amount to PayPal and the money is deposited to your PayPal balance.
2. PayPal transfers the money from your PayPal account to the seller.
Payment order 1 must be completed first, before payment order 2 can commence. This process can take 6 to 10 working days.
Why is a deferred bank payment sent?
•    Your bank account has been confirmed, but this is your first payment using your bank account.
•    Your bank account has been confirmed, but your PayPal balance is overdrawn or you had a negative balance.
•    Our internal security system determines that the payment is sent as a deferred bank payment.
How can I prevent a deferred bank payment?
Adding money to your PayPal balance prevents a deferred payment. You can add money to your balance via www.paypal.com​ (added within 5 minutes) or via your bank account (added within 1 to 2 working days). You also prevent a deferred payment by adding a credit card to your account.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all listed prices include VAT.

I need a VAT invoice

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an invoice from us. The VAT is not automatically stated on this. If you’d like to receive a VAT invoice, just contact our customer service and we’ll arrange one.
