Packed with high-quality ingredients

The ‘Day’ tablet includes choline bitartrate to support fat metabolism in addition to popular ingredients caffeine, carnitine, green tea extract and green coffee. The ‘Night’ tablet contains magnesium and biotin to support energy metabolism, while biotin also contributes to macronutrient metabolism. The night tablet also includes green tea extract, turmeric powder, carnitine and linoleic acid.

Suggested Use

Take one tablet ‘Day’ (yellow) in the morning before breakfast with water. Then take one tablet ‘Night’ (blue) in the evening shortly before bed with water.

The blister packs protect the pills from moisture and humidity. Exposure to these elements may affect tablet hardness and cause coating defects. Store the tablets in the original packaging until it’s time for you to take them.

I’ve been taking these for a month now and I’ve lost 2 kilos. However, I’ve also limited my calorie intake and worked out more, so it’s definitely not just the vitamins but a mix, so you’ve gotta do both.

Not the best fat burner I have used.

These are ok. I had to stop taking the night time tablet as I woke up feeling horribly sluggish and with headaches. They do completely knock you out though so may be ideal for some people but for me personally, although I slept, I did not wake feeling refreshed at all.
